So yeah the whole quarantine / lock down phase of our 2020 lives...

I lost my job and my daughter started her distance learning which she zipped through in an hour. 

So...what to do? Bike rides, video games, art projects, baking cakes / cookies or... start a business. My brain stumbled upon the Wiscohats logo idea one night, but I'm not so smart with the computer stuff, so I asked my daughter to design the logo. A few hours later, Wiscohats became a thing. We self taught ourselves how to use Adobe Illustrator so we could create our WiscoHats Logo like the pros. We worked on building the website, developed product, set up the LLC, as well, as our wholesale accounts. We discussed timelines, marketing ideas, margin, shipping methods, inventory control and storage. You name it and it's on the list. 

The joy we have both shared during this experience will last a lifetime and without a doubt, the life skills of starting a business at 11 years old...umm yeah, pretty awesome!!

Side note - we also finished Zelda Breath of the Wild : ) and got plenty of miles on the bicycles.
